We offer multiple membership options to meet the varying needs of our clients, ranging from our Single-Class Pass to an all-access Online Studio Monthly Membership, all for an extremely affordable price.
2. Yoga Therapy to tap into the deep healing power of yoga where you need it most. We offer private 1:1 sessions with customized practices that utilize an array of yogic tools to set the conditions for healing your body and mind. If you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from surgery, have individual health concerns or goals, chronic stress and anxiety, or are simply looking to decrease stress and increase mindfulness in your day-to-day life, these sessions are the perfect solution for you.
3. Become a part of a global community inviting others to remember their own inner fire, wisdom, integrity, and sovereignty by diving deeper into your own practice so you can pass it on. We are proud to be among the first group in the world to partner with Jonah Kest to bring his Become a Yogi® 200-hour yoga teacher training program into the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. This dynamic and inspirational program is open to anyone who has ever been curious about personal and professional growth through their yoga practice, and is certified by Yoga Alliance.
A message from the owner: There is no greater teacher than personal experience. A few years ago, I was fortunate to "crash and burn" on my runway of life, where everything I thought I was came into question. Much like a phoenix exploding into flames and being reborn, I have alchemized the time since this experience to come home to myself through deeply immersing myself in yoga practice and philosophy, meditation, and many amazing modalities of the energetic realm.
During my time as a yoga teacher, I have savored the experience of guiding my students to their mental and physical edges in search of personal growth, and holding a safe space for them to see what they can uncover. The physical practice of yoga and meditation offer some of the most revolutionary learning experiences we can have. Through the experience of linking observation of breath and bodily sensations, we find ourselves naturally evolving toward radical acceptance and love of what is, all while cultivating our own knowledge of equanimity. In addition to having taught thousands of students over the last several years, it has been a distinct honor to have also been a part of training new yoga teachers desiring to share this incredible practice with others.
As a certifying yoga therapist, I also work in one-on-one and group settings to create customized practices utilizing physical movement, meditation, relaxation, breath, and other stress management methods to help my clients and students uncover pathways to create more mental flexibility, thereby empowering them to successfully co-exist with the fluctuations of life and find more joy in their journey.
The processes I use are non-sectarian, and can be applied regardless of religion or lifestyle.
